Commodity Trader - Grains

Candidate Profile:

- Any Graduate or Post graduate, if in the same field would be preferred;

- Ability to manage or to do end to end trading i.e. buying and selling of agriculture commodity such as grains, corn, pulses, rice etc.;

- Must have knowledge of crops being traded and must have negotiation skills in order to bargain with the sellers, suppliers and dealers;

- Must have experience in trading (buying and selling) of any agriculture commodity such as grains, rice, corn, pulses etc;

- Ability to handle trading in large volume;

- Ability to manage large teams i.e. must have team building skills;

- Ability to manage employees, supervise work, and ensure the company policies are met;

- Ability to take risk for the efficient and effective run of business and management of the risk;

- Ability to closely monitors the efficiency of business decisions;

- Ability to do P&L management i.e. to cope up with the profit and loss situations;

- Ability to do crop wise Finding and Development i.e. F&D;

- Good communication skills.

Job Profile :

- This position will be responsible for the trading of grains;

- The candidate will be required to use his negotiation skills for buying and selling of grains;

- The candidate will be required to manage the risk;

- The candidate will be responsible for P&L management;

- The candidate will need to utilize the existing resources to ensure seamless activities are done effectively and efficiently;

- Develops and implements strategies for effective and efficient trading;

- The candidate will be responsible to do crop wise F&D;
