- Manage commodity sales program of Cashew Kernels and possibly other edible nuts. Major focus shall be cashew kernels
- Works with respective business managers to set pricing for, confirm volume, execute on contract and promotional commitments for their respective commodities
- Develop and manage customer base outside of our current customer portfolio for commodity goods.
- Ability to understand and learn product-specific agronomics.
- Assists to improve the effectiveness of the team and company.
- Ensures that all products in their line of commodities are sold.
- Work with Operations to develop a plan to facilitate efficient transitions from growing regions.
- Manages activities related to strategic or tactical discussions, to maximize profit opportunities regardless of market volatility.
