Commodity Research Analyst - Veg Oils

- Looking for a vegoils market analyst with main focus on palm that will provide our clients with insights on market developments as well as trading opportunities backed by fundamental analysis. He/she will integrate the research team and work closely with other product specialists on grains/oilseeds and sugar.

- Candidate will be responsible for the palm oil supply and demand estimates for the main geographies (Malaysia, Indonesia, India, China, etc.) based on weather, policies and economics.

- Highlights imbalance leading to trading opportunities and communicate with clients on a regular basis (reports and conference calls).

Qualifications :

- Strong analytical skills

- Experience in palm oil market research

- Good excel skills is a must, Python, R, SQL is a plus

- Ability for teamwork, and capacity to handle short timelines

- Fluent in English (oral and written): meetings with clients and internal are mostly in English. French is a plus
