Commissioning Manager - Material Handling Plant

We are Urgently required Commissioning Manager for Material Handling Plant

Job Location : Pune (will be required to travel to Guinea (West Africa) & China

Qualification : BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) Regular/Full time

Experience : 15 - 20 years experience in Material Handling Projects like Stacker, Re-claimers, Wagon Tippler, Conveyors etc. Exposure to International projects would be preferred

Industrial Area : Material Handling Plant

- In-depth experience in Commissioning of Material Handling Projects

- Understanding of the O&M manuals & should be able to demonstrate the activities as per guidelines provided in the manuals

- Understand the requirements for commissioning of Static & rotating equipment, Pipelines, Electrical & instrumentation works as per procedures from OEM & lead to carry out the activities at site

- Understand and implement equipment preservation plan as per requirement from OEMs

- Should be able to plan strategies & formulate commissioning schedule to achieve project completion with available resources.

- Prepare update checklists for pre-commissioning and commissioning as per contract requirements
