Commissionaire Head - Insurance

Exp : 10-12 years

The incumbent will be responsible for leading the Insurance business for Commissionaire comprising of 3 to 4 Districts with Commissionaire P&L responsibility for Insurance business. Major deliverables required are growing revenue and customer base and developing and implementing innovative plans for Insurance sales. Management, mentoring and motivation of Internal sales team will be a critical aspect for this position. Regular liasioning with Insurance companies and brokers for attractive insurance deals and innovative solutions for customers will be required. Should have excellent knowledge and experience of Insurance sector.

Location : Kolkatta/Hyderabad/ Delhi/NCR/ UP(Moradabad)/Bangalore

Responsibilities

- Responsible for Business Development for Insurance vertical

- Heading Operations for Insurance vertical

- Responsible for Revenue Generation

- Develop, review, report on the vertical strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the teams

- Responsible for Commissionaire P&L for Insurance Vertical

- Impact the profitability of the through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results

- Development and lead the team in sourcing, managing and implementing Insurance verticals and opportunities

- Fluent in English, Hindi & knowledge if Local Language preferred
