Company Profile : It is a well known Brand of Restaurant chain in Northern India serving vegetarian cuisine with a specialty in south Indian delicacies.
They are aggressively looking at adding more & more outlets across India.
Position :- Manager - Commissary
Experience Required :- 7 + years
Qualification :- Any graduate or Food Technologist (Preferably)
Location :- Delhi
Profile :-
1. Handling Day to day operations of Commissary.
2. Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters.
3. Overseeing overall Procurement activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings.
4. Managing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of equipment to minimize stoppages in critical production areas; ensuring condition monitoring of various equipments.
5. Sustaining the existing network & managing the supply chain for items, ensuring timely distribution of the
merchandise to the stores.
6. Vendor development to obtain the best quality of material.
7. Managing logistics operations, involving and coordinating with various & other external agencies to achieve seamless & cost-effective transport solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
1. Candidate should be running a commissary in any restaurant chain.
2. Candidate with FMCG background working in a manufacturing unit as Factory Manager i.e. taking care of production, maintenance, logistics etc can also apply.
Compensation : 8-10 Lacs p.a
