Job Description - Reporting to the Zonal Area Manager, your job responsibility entails:
- Market study and commercial trend analysis
- Zonal Sales analysis and Collation:
- Market study/Analysis about low performing and high performing territories, competition study, area mapping etc.
- Driving Sales KPI in the zone.
- Cross functional interface between sales, marketing and medical. Key Account Management
- Driving key projects in the whole of West zone.
- Implementing the new Commercial/Sales effectiveness methodology in the zone.
The Successful Candidate - You are a BPharm/Science graduate with MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management from a top tier B school. You should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Regional Sales or Key Account Manager within a particular therapy area. You posses great analytical skills and data interpretation techniques. You have an in depth market knowledge, ready to accept market complexity, willing to set direction & strategy and can drive performance to achieve the desired goal.
