Commercial Manager - Sales Accounting

- Responsible for Punching & verifying Credit notes (Includes: - RD, Cash Discount, Scheme, Sales Promotion, Sales Return etc.) at PAN India level.

- Support for Costing Management -of all Co's Products.

- Responsible and monitoring updating Customer master, price updating, credit limit enhance & decrease-PAN India level.

- Responsible for punching cancelled invoice & sales return invoice- PAN India level.

- Responsible for Customer Ageing monthly basis to higher management & ROI.

- Responsible for Reconciliation of Inventory valuation, stock in transit, COGS & Inventory related GL monthly basis all location.

- Support for verifying on Incentive Plan of Sales Team based on Business Targets.

- Support for Checking for evaluating the over & above (Saving) working of PAN India.

- Responsible for Quarterly Trial Review and co-ordinate with Auditors for any issue related Accounting.

- Responsible for preparation of Yearly Cost Audit Report.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CWA with 8-10 Years of Experience Accounting Management, Stock Audit, Credit Notes, Good knowledge of working on ERP, Tally & Excel Software, Exposure of TDS, TCS, Income Tax & GST.

2. Exposure and conceptual understanding of contract law and pricing.

3. Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.

4. Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships.

5. Excellent leadership qualities.

6. Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills.

7. Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

9. Excellent numeracy skills.

10. Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages.
