Role Definition

- The company is looking for a Commercial Manager. This is a pan India role and we are looking for a candidate with a good finance and commercial experience – to match the company’s growth plans.

The key responsibilities of the selected person would be:

- Setup Commercial processes including Purchase Order to Payment process

- Sound understanding of Tax Laws – VAT, CST, etc including experience in filing tax returns

- Ensure inventory audits and stock valuation is done as per standard norms

- Understand stock audits and can manager/supervise stock audits

- Be adept at costing and management accounting methodology

- Add value by optimizing the supply chain costs

- Use analytical tools and techniques to arrive at the optimum cost models

- Be a key influencer in the decisions on commercial and profitability

Profile Requirements (Qualification & Experience)

- MBA Finance/CA/ICWA with grounding in Costing, Management Accounting. Candidates with Inter CA/ICWA with relevant work experience can also apply.

- 5 - 8 years of work experience

Profile Requirements (Skills & Competencies)

- Excellent co-ordination and process management skills required to interface with various stakeholders

- Outstanding analytical skills
