Purpose of the Role:-

To drive commercial compliance across all processes in Marketing and Modern Trade and ensure spend effectivness.

Key Deliverables

- Marketing

Accounting of media / non - media spends of ~ 500 crs

Vendor Management : managing timely payments and periodic reconciliations

Custodian of Budgetary controls

Enhancing spend effectiveness/Analytics

Ensuring continuous process improvements in marketing commercial domain in line with GRC framework including IT developments

Providing finance support to the marketing team in areas such as audit, commercial / accounting hygiene, policies etc

- Modern Trade and E-Commerce

Continous engagement with chains

Commercial face in negotiation of TOT terms with chains

Managing commercial compliances with respect to payment policies, credit norms, manpower supply contracts etc. with National Key accounts

Quarterly customer reconcilaition

Ensuring claims are processed as per agreed TOT and adequate supporting
