Commercial Manager - Mfg

Job Description :

1. Extend required Support to NAD Sales Team on commercial aspects.

2. Review of customer PO copies including order acceptance to customers.

3. Review overdue Debtors & initiate Legal action if any required with the help of CFS

4. Set Monthly Collection / Payment forecast & Monitor the same closely with the NAD Team

5. Keep close follow-up with the Branches for Pending Bill Submission so as to improve collections

6. Visit customers to reconcile the outstanding as per our Books to avoid dispute in future. .

7. Obtain Balance confirmation from all NAD customers.

8. Timely Submission of various MIS to DIVN.

9. Keep close coordination with all Branch Commercial Heads to have Seamless execution of NAD Orders.

10. Get involved in establishing Rate Contracts with customers/ Renewal of Existing contracts to ensure profitability in line with ABP.

11. Work closely with entire Team of NAD to ensure achievement / targets in line with ABP.

12. Review jobs where Margins are low to have corrective actions in place.

13. Raise Red flags timely to the divisional Heads so that corrective actions can be taken on time.

Qualification : ICWA, MBA, Bcom, Mcom with 10 - 15 yrs experience in

1. To Get involved in Establishing Rate contracts with New customers, as well Renewal of Existing Rate contracts to ensure adherence to the Commercial Policy.

2. To Extend Required support to Entire NAD Team with respect to commercial Matters..
