Commercial evaluation and feasibility study of contracts with suppliers

Profitability analysis of any product line or project

Variance analysis - comparison with forecast and budget

Evaluation of projects or any commercial understanding from tax pesrpective - VAT, service tax, TDS etc.

Coordinating with Product Team / suppliers to understand terms of trade and implement required process and control to ensure all back end supports are received

Managing Vendor Receivable in terms of tracking, processing, accounting, follow up and recovery of all vendor back end support as per agreed terms of trade

Providing periodic MIS and presentation to senior management

Adherence to SOX and internal control

Review of Financial systems and processes

Motivating and coaching the team
