Commercial Manager - Logistics - Telecom/Electronics

Urgently looking for Commercial Manager - Logistics, for Bangalore location:

Exp - 8-9 Years;

CTC -12 Lacs Max

Industry - Telecom/Electronics

Responsibilities :

- Select, evaluate and identify new logistics service providers;

- Price management to ensure contract/service price in line with internal approval;

- Managing the service agreements;

- Managing the service payment;

- Conduct business review to logistics service providers with operation team;

- Fulfill related internal & consolidate reports and conduct analysis;

- Work closely with operation team to chase / achieve KPI & OKR;

- Proactive in looking for ways to improve current operations and work to increase work efficiency of team;

- Ensuring work activities to be in compliance with company rules and regulations;

- Other tasks assigned by the management and the company

- Familiar with India logistics environment and E-Commerce logistics operations;

- Be competent in quality and cost orientation and a hardcore commercial personnel

- Proficient in goal settings as part of quality management, adaptability and problems solving competency;

- Good analytical and time management skills

- Expert in negotiation, communication skills, conflict-solving ability;

- Be competent in self-reflection and critical-and learning ability;

- Basic knowledge of contract managements and trade compliance.

- Good at MS office tools
