Commercial Manager - Key Accounts (Aqua)
Experience : 12-17 years
Must-Have : 12 years of work experience in premix-related businesses and at least 2-5 years in managing key accounts, Technical Sales experience, expertise in Product knowledge, strong negotiation skills, ability to manage senior stakeholders
Location: Vijayawada
Key Accountabilities : - Evaluate market potential and lead sales for the Aqua premix business in India
- Identify new sales opportunities and commercial partnerships
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and engage senior stakeholders in feed manufacturing organizations and position customized Aqua premix (Vitamin and Mineral), feed additives portfolio
- Produce new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets and quotas
- Provide leadership and work with our complex or high-profile accounts, products, services, sales or account management processes
- Work with the product teams and lead pricing and negotiation involving pricing and strategic marketing teams
- Engage and resolve all Technical queries related to products and portfolios with support from the internal R&D and strategic marketing teams
- Lead and develop a team, coached, and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions

Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications : - Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:- 12 years of work experience in premix-related businesses and at least 2-5 years in managing key accounts
- Preferred from fisheries background
