Commercial Manager

We are currently looking for Commercial Manager for a leading distribution organisation. The location of work is Noida. Undermentioned is a brief description of the role and responsibilities:

Role Description :

- Managing Schemes for Consumer Distribution Segment

- Timely and accurate settlement of Scheme CN's

- Accuracy of Scheme Working to stop revenue loss

- Monitoring the sanity of schemes. (E.g. validating proper approval, verifying eligibility of Trade Partners as per approval).

- Proper accounting and monitoring claims on Principal Vendor

- Validate accuracy of pricing DMS

- Timely settlement of Claims from Principal Vendors to help keep low Working Capital Investment;

- Timely reconciliation of payments made by Principal Vendors against claim DN's posted.

- Monitoring CN issuance working Trade Price Protection/ Dead on Arrival and Promotional Schemes

Overhead Vendor Management :

- Correct accounting and timely payment to Overhead Vendors

- Spearheading correct accounting, compliance to statute and timely payment to the vendor

- Vendor reconciliation and Getting Balance confirmation.

Month End Report/Provisioning :

- Scheme cost provisioning

- Claim provisioning on Principal Vendors

- Posting closing entries after GL Reconciliation

- Analysing Margin and Preparing Schedules

Audits / Process Automation :

- All audits related query/schedule shall be closed as per Gant chart

- Identifying new areas of Automation and process improvement.
