Commercial Manager - Chemicals

W are looking for Commercial Manager for one of our clients in a leading tea and pest Management services. The role will cater to both the verticals of the group company.

1) To assess the commercial viability and to mastermind Business Growth structure to help meet organisational goals and objectives.

2) Internal Financial Control including all the branches in Pest Division and Tea Division.

3) Overseeing day to day operations and focusing on the long term interests of the business.

4) To provide new business opportunities and to manage functions such as Company assets and matters related to the Company's operations.

5) To look for opportunities to grow business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives and work to take advantage of the opportunities.

6) To analyse Sales and other Reports that give insight into how a Company can make adjustments to improve performance.

7) To resolve issues with Contractors and Commercial Operators.

8) To communicate with parties in a contract so that all understand terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects.

9) To help make a financial planning of the Company and oversee the financial IT System.

10) To make Risk Management Analysis.

11) To oversee smooth implementation and functioning of SOP of the Company through FOCUS 9.

12) To coordinate the Development of Internal Operating plans and Procurement Budgets and reporting against the same.
