Commercial Law Advisor - Attorney - Legal

- A law firm is looking to hire someone with a PQE of 4-6 years for its Technology, Privacy, IP and Start-ups practice, based in Chennai.

- The role would require working with founders and in house teams across India, the US, Singapore and EU advising on corporate commercial, IP strategy, commercial agreements, employment laws, acquisition strategy and privacy & data protection frameworks.
