AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement the commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.

- Business Development: Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth and diversification.
- Contract Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to secure favourable agreements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to improve commercial outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial risks that could impact revenue generation or market position.
- Team Leadership: Manage a commercial team, provide guidance and support, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
