Job Description :
Professional Experience requirement :
- Should have diverse experience in Distribution Finance, Risk Governance , Vendor Management and Financial Project Management in leading organizations.
- Experience managing various aspects of distribution finance, variable budget planning, strategic planning, compliance, audit, operations and project management.
- Team leader who can effectively meets goals through strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and analytical abilities and lead the units in Finance function.
- Cross functional Lead to achieve organizational goals and deliverables.
- Client-driven change agent experienced in establishing and implementing department goals and objectives, managing change, designing successful channel partner strategies, overseeing processes, and leading various teams toward targeted goals.
Role criticality :
- Managing the entire execution aspects related to partner accounts and Vendors including onboarding , evaluation and building rapport for quick resolution
- Variable budget planning implementation and tracking
- Manage balance and reconciliation controls
- Due diligence related to vendors during onboarding
- Driving efficiency through managing financial automation projects and cost management
- Ensuring all compliances including supporting documentations, KYC etc.
- Monitoring and reporting risk associated with new partners being onboarded
- Auditor and Regulatory Management for all such pay-outs
- Reward vs Commission Regulatory Compliance
- MIS dashboard controls
- Proactive daily coordination with Sales and Planning team for Distribution management.
- Necessary check and balance to ensure Integrity to highest standard in this commercial function.
Critical Deliverables :
- Driving structural changes and execution excellence to optimise efficiency in Distribution Finance, Procurement and CFO Financial Reengineering units. (Defined TAT, Cost Savings, Change Management, Manual to Automations, Project )
- Enabling stakeholders to meet their objective having customer centric approach with necessary control & governance structure in place.
- 100% compliance on regulatory aspects.
Experience -15-20 years and most in Insurance Industry
Preferable relevant Experience of similar roles - 3 to 6 years in each of the areas
Qualification preference - Cost Accountant, MBA or CA Inter or CA
Qualitative skill sets requirements- Efficiency Project Management , Vendor / Partner Negotiation and Management , Strong Governance Review skills, Collaboration, Accountability and Solution Mindset..
