About the company: Global FMCG

Reporting to: Head Commercial Finance and Decision Support

Years of experience: 6-8 yrs. post qualification experience of which atleast 3-4 years needs to be in an FMCG industry with a good mix of sales and commercial experience

Education: CA 1st attempt or MBA Finance from top tier institutes

Key responsibilities:

Decision Support

- Provide vital inputs in pricing decisions. In depth understanding of State/Regional profitability including all key factors that impact this

- Support the Sales teams in their use of the State Profitability Model and in driving Annual Operating plans for the Region

- Provide support on Measurement and Evaluation of the Trade and promotional spends

- Support the identification of performance issues through the BPM process.Investigate, analyse and produce recommendations to solve the issues

- Commercial negotiations with Bonders/promoters (C&F agents)

Additional responsibilities:

- Guide and Support Sales team on CARM compliance

- Work on ad hoc strategic and tactical sales projects as and when required
