Commercial Finance Head - Dairy/Beverages/FMCG/Packaged Food

Role : Plant Commercial Head

Purpose : Accountability for the financial and commercial management of the given geographical region. Ensure execution of overall storage, distribution, sales & marketing of the category.

Qualification : Essential: Chartered Accountant

Desired: Chartered Accountant + MBA Finance

Location : Jammu Factory

- Develop and manage the plant budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation as per the directions of Head Finance.

- Working closely with regional sales team and factory accounting team, HO based commercial team, HR, supply chain and other teams.

- Providing key decision support around pricing, promotions, budgetary controls, working capital management, compliances etc.

- Spearhead the annual audits as well as the annual Business planning exercise that take place for the company.

- Work closely with the sales teams to evaluate proposals, compare to standard benchmarks, suggest changes, mitigate cost by implementing corrective action plans.

- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. and developing long-term business plans based on reports.

- Liaising with external auditors and tax agents.

- Strengthen current internal control and drive process improvement across the region in consultation with Head Office.

- Manage plant-based logistics, procurement, and store team.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, & key retailer to drive seamless integration of processes.
