About our Client - Our client is a Commercial Real Estate major which is listed on the NYSE. They have experienced tremendous growth in India and has a billion dollar potential. Our client is looking for a high power Commercial Finance profression who can be a strategic business partner to the Country Head.

Job Description - Based out of their Head Office in Mumbai you will be reporting into the Regional Vice President (Asia) and will be responsible for the following - Business Planning and Financial Review

- Governance and Financial Compliance

- Risk Management

- Business Process Efficiency

- Procurement, Commercial negotiations

The Successful Candidate - You must be a CA with a minimum of 12 years exposure in the Real Estate space. You must have industry expertise of Commercial and/or Residential Real Estate. Additionally you can function as an effective business partner and work closely with the International/Domestic stakeholders to drive business efficiency.
