Company Profile: Leading FMCG player.

Designation: Commercial Executive

Location: Mumbai ( Andheri )

Education :Qualification: M-com, ICWA, B-com + CA Inter (candidate who have finished 3 yrs articleship i.e. CA cleared), MBA in Finance

Experience : Experience: Must have Minimum 3 - 5 yrs of experience in Accounting

CTC: 6.50 LPA

Job Snapshot:

- Reporting of various cost centre wise and profit centre wise costs (International cost reporting, Local Cost reporting) budgets vs. actual within specified timelines.

- Ensuring accuracy of all reported information and prompt resolution of any queries/discrepancies that may arise from various stakeholders.

- Preparing the fixed asset schedules for quarterly reporting/annual accounts.

- Liaising with auditors for resolving all queries pertaining to fixed assets and getting the schedule audited.

- Preparing the annual accounts and schedules of subsidiary companies, coordinating with all the units to satisfy audit queries and working closely with the auditors in order to ensure timely closure of subsidiary audit.

- Preparation of various schedules of Annual Accounts and critically analysing the movement of the same.

- Collating information from all units for preparation of Schedule VI form and getting them audited in specified timelines

- Ensuring all month end entries such as indirect mark-up unclaimed dividend etc are duly accounted.

- Monitoring the Intra and Inter Company balances of Group Companies, Scrutiny of TB for and ensure completion of all accounting entries, resolving IUT differences.

- Monthly schedule/MIS preparation.

- Quarterly raising of RIC invoices.

- Required Professional skills

- Good Knowledge and relevant experience of financial accounting is essential.

- Good understanding of commercial controls, including commercial and accounting hygiene.

- Ability to independently work on ERP packages (SAP), Windows and MS Office including Excel and power point.

- Should be expert in Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement

- Should have an Experience in Account Finalization and Co-ordination with Auditors (Having an experience in Account Finalization will help in consolidation)

- Experience in Account Consolidation will be add-on advantage.

- Candidate having corporate account experience will be add-on advantage but not mandatory.
