Commercial Excellence Manager
Responsibilities:
- Create the mechanisms and process to capture, analyze and use market level data to better understand the current competitive environment
- Identify attractive growth opportunities and new customer targets to create value propositions to support and build competitive advantage in cooperation with marketing and sales team
- Translate strategic objectives into operational plans
- Constantly balance global and local expectations to define appropriate deployment plan
- Provide business development support to the Country Manager, including, but not limited to providing insights and competitive intelligence activity and process
- Lead the strategic planning process by interpreting and communicating key trends and recommendations
- Set stretching KPIs and objectives for the team and evaluate the performance to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain a strategic relationship with internal stakeholders, develop a deep understanding of their business and goals, and drive improvements through collaboration and direction of team
- Drive development and execution of sales force strategy projects related to revenue and growth performance
- Facilitate KPI reporting while providing and sharing business insights to fuel sales growth
- Lead the team in developing scalable solutions for delivering actionable intelligence to the organization
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure data inputs and financial metrics are aligned in review meetings
