Urgently looking for Sr Consultant/ Manager - Commercial Due Diligence for Transaction Advisory Team
Qualification: CA / MBA
Responsibilities:
- Business overview and definition
- Strategic market due diligence
- Competitive positioning and strategic strength assessment
- Customer base analysis and satisfaction
- Forecast achieve-ability and further value upside identification
Develop and test the organisations’ M&A strategy and capabilities, leading to sound buying and selling decisions:
- Rapid, hypothesis led approach to commercial due diligence
- Clear definition and articulation of the business and its markets
- Strategic assessment of future market trends, competitive strength of the business and underlying drivers of these trends
- Customer base analysis and assessment of business performance against customer key purchase criteria
- Assessment of business plan and forecast assumption achievability in light of market and company analysis
- Proven buy-side and sell-side CDD methodologies delivered by a specialist M&A strategy team
- Unique insight and depth through use of Compnay's subject matters expert from across Company
