- The incumbent will be responsible meeting the agreed and committed topline plans for the year for each category / brands and beating market share objectives
- Driving a P&L (top line and bottom line)
- Accountable for budgeting, business planning, sales force organization.
- Maintaining control of operating budget, delivering both top line and bottom line;
- Direct marketing and sales activities to ensure that short and long range sales volumes and projects are achieved;
- Collaborating with product development team to implement product modifications or improvements to product line.
- Life Cycle management which anticipate and serve a customer need/solution approach for key brands
- Leading commercial discussions with Business Development teams to forge new opportunities or initiate new business teams to develop product supply and delivery;
- Overseeing the development of sales processes and pricing models;
- Developing and implementing short and long range sales and marketing plans;
- Formulating marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing programs to achieve and profit;
- Identifying new markets, customer and geographies and applications to assure volume growth;
