Job Description :
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements to HO, RFSM, FSM & DP's. Support in identification of Sales & Trade Spends performance issues through the monthly review.
- Support month-end and year-end close process & coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, GL & Revenue Recognition for the Region
- Define Trade Scheme in Bulls-I & Claim Verification & Settlement
- Reconciliation with the Distributors and getting the No Dues Certificate
- Onboarding New DP's and Full & Final Settlement of Closed DP's.
- Check the Claims of Distributors & Settle them. Liaison with distributors to clarify any questions on compliance / taxation matters
- Cooler/Asset Tracking Thru Bulls-I & by other means track the Coolers Deployed. Take Lead in Implementing the New Cooler End to End Plan-Deploy- Track System
- Partner with Sales in Devising Trade Schemes, analyze during the month efficacy of Trade Schemes & provide insight for mid-month course correction. Avoid Unknown Overspends
- Provide problem management support all including the difficult, high profile customer issues and ensures root-cause analysis is conducted and a corrective action plan is followed through with any learning applied for future benefit. Liaison with HO Controller & Regional Sales team for Support
- Enforcing Pay for Performance for Conditional Visibility in partnership with HO controller & Sales Team
- Partner with the business and facilitate them to take decisions; Analyze ROI of Cooler & Visibility Activation, Implement the mechanism for Plan ROI evaluation & Evaluate actuals against the Plan. Measure & Evaluate the Trade investments/ money invested in Channel/Segment
- Review of Profitability of Channel Partners and create a 'win-win' payout model. Undertake Cost analysis, cost control and implementation of various cost saving plans.
- Assist in Financial Planning. Work Closely with Regional Business Manager to make the Annual financial plan
