Commercial Controller - Finance

Commercial Controller - Dutch MNC- Hyderabad

- Candidate must be able to quickly understand the business requirement and deliver the assigned task.

- Hands on experience in building different managerial decks quickly (from scratch, as per business requirement)

- Able to work with minimum guidance and supervision.

- Dare to Challenge and not just execute the assigned task. (drive towards adding value "Why part ")

- Support planning process:

- Consolidate input from countries/sub regions, challenge input and track forecast accuracy

- Provide weekly sales report

- Gatekeeper of the rebates process

- Cost controlling:

- Provide monthly variance analysis report, RR,

- Provide monthly accruals

- Track budget reallocation

- Ensure adherence to IFRS

- Monthly regional call:

- Track & write the minutes of the meeting and actions points

- Ad hoc:

- Support regional/global commercial initiatives such Commercial excellence project, Payment term optimization .

SKILLS

- Able to cope with strict deadlines and time schedules

- Good understanding of system and data flows, comfortable with complexity of reporting

- High level of conceptual and analytical skills/ Understand key business drivers and provide insightful input to stakeholders

- Excellent Presentation skills/Able to express his/her ideas with ease and flair on paper and face to face in English

- Hands on experience in Power BI or other tools.

- Strong excel skills, consolidation skills for regional support

- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize

- CA/ Master's degree in Business Administration and or Controlling (preferably RC) and/or comparable educations

- Min 8-10 years of relevant experience into FP&A and Commercials (Mgt reporting)
