Job Description - Reporting into CFO for Healthcare Division, the Business Controller is required to coordinate & consolidate the budgeting and reporting process, report business performance, carry out product profitability analysis for the BU in India. Leading the Commercial Finance and financial control function

- Evaluating long term capex investments and making decisions on the strategic business direction

- Partnering closely with sales, commercial and supply chain teams to drive the day to day operational strategy and ensure profitability and viability of the business over the longer horizon

- Evaluating & analyzing the profitability of products and coordinate the monthly business review

- Providing the commercial Support to new and existing businesses and Projects

- Driving Commercial Excellence and discount optimization guidelines

- Evaluating projects for financial feasibility and tracking the project performance

The Successful Candidate - You must be a Chartered Accountant with 10 - 14 years experience in a business partnering role preferably in a B2B Set-up. A master's degree from a PREMIER B School will be an added advantage. You should be a natural leader with extensive team management background and excellent stakeholder management skills. Further, you should be articulate and must have strong business orientation and strategic thinking to crack this opportunity. Please note diversity candidates will be given preference for this role.
