Job Description - Reporting into CFO, the Commercial Controller is required to partner closely with sales, commercial and supply chain teams to drive the day to day operational strategy and ensure profitability and viability of the business over the longer horizon Networking with Sales team from General Manager- Deco/ National Sales Manager/Regional Managers & Zonal Manager

- Ensuring Sales support systems with allied controls

- Providing the commercial Support to new and existing businesses and Projects-

- Driving Commercial Excellence, Pricing Strategy and discount optimization guidelines

- Operating Working Capital - Debtors Discounts and Stocks

- Driving Internal Controls & Depot Controls

- Evaluating projects for financial feasibility and tracking the project performance

The Successful Candidate - You must be a 1st attempt Chartered Accountant with 12 - 16 years experience in a business partnering/Commercial Finance role with a leading FMCG, Chemicals, Pharma or B2B industrial businesses. You should be a natural leader with extensive team management background and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
