Job Summary:
- The MVNO/MNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator/Mobile Network Operator) Commercial Contract Manager is responsible for managing and negotiating commercial contracts with Global MVNO and MNO partners, including wholesale, interconnect, voice and SMS, and roaming agreements.
- This role involves ensuring that all contracts are aligned with the company's business objectives, managing relationships with external partners, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, contract management, and commercial negotiations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial contract management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing commercial contracts with MVNOs and MNOs, including wholesale, interconnect, voice and SMS, and roaming agreements.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of MVNO and MNO operations and the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Management:
- Develop, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts with Global MVNO and MNO partners, including Wholesale, Interconnect, Voice and SMS, and Roaming agreements.
- Ensure contracts are aligned with the company's strategic and financial goals.
- Maintain and update contract records and documentation.
2. Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations with Global MVNO and MNO partners to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure all contracts meet legal and financial requirements.
3. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Global MVNO and MNO partners and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial contract-related matters.
- Address and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with commercial contracts.
- Monitor and report on contract performance and compliance.
5. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategies for improving contract management processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on contract-related matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Global MVNO, MNO, and telecommunications.
6. Financial Oversight:
- Analyse financial implications of contracts and negotiate cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor contract budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Master's degree or professional certification in contract management or telecommunications is a plus.
