Position: Commercial advisor (manager/senior manager)– management accounting and commercial

Location : Ahmedabad, Kolkota, Gurgaon

Industry- FMCG

Manage Distributor Relationships:

- Use financial analytics & business acumen to provide strategic guidance to the sales team & distributors for improved sales & profitability.

- Guide distributors on KPI tracking & performance reviews

- Manage AR/credit notes for reimbursement and other distributor queries.

Responsibility towards Sales Head:

- Analyze trends, performance KPIs & other concern areas along with Regional Sales Manager.

- Responsible for drawing up strategy for regions, long term plans, forecast and review of actual performance against them.

Financial Responsibilities:

- Performance Analytics for the region vs Budget and historical data.

- Debtors Management.

- Expense / cost management and control.

- Ensure compliance to Tax and other statutory laws.

- Conduct hygiene audit at distributors place to ensure quality of financials and compliance.

- Strong commercial mind with good business acumen.

- Strong logical & analytical skills

- Strong written & oral communication skills

- Ability to analyze data into useful information.

- Ability to work well with numbers

- Positive attitude, passionate and a self-starter.

- CA / MBA with at least 6-8 years of experience of Management Accounting, Financial Planning and large Volume of Distributorship management.
