- Act as a business partner and provide support to the Ecommerce team by making available data and analysis which will help the management take better decisions.
- Manage the credit control and commercial process for Ecommerce customers
- Setting up system for easier reporting so that less time is spent in preparing the reports and for reconciliations
- Managing Pricing/Commercial terms with Ecommerce business partners and reviewing their profitability
- Commercial re-design and support to improve profitability, leaner pipeline in terms of inventory and receivables
- Monitor budgeted GP vs. Actual GP across ECOM and at customer level taking into account term sheet changes, discounts, commission structures and highlight risks to sales and GP
- Monitor returns and update on actual returns vs. planned returns
- Evaluate profitability of promotions and update to management
- Put together the monthly sales, P&L and collection plan for the year taking into account sales, expenses, returns
- Responsible for sales and GP reporting for the ECOM business every month
- Develop a system based approach to margin reporting and provide necessary inputs to the business team on sales and GP for the month
- Ensure timely reporting of sales in SAP
