Profile of services :
- The IT environment is extremely complex comprising a wide variety of computing platforms and telecommunications environments. Services are provided 24- 7- 365 and incidents must be fixed or circumvented within agreed service levels. Failure to recover quickly from service outage can severely impact the group's profitability and reputation, serious impact to all global business lines, and the ability of internal users to perform their jobs.
Service portfolio :
- Command Centre Operations support all IT services delivered within Group. These vary from tier 0, business-critical services delivered from within the Group Data Centres, through to in-country services provided to internal customers. All these services have service level agreements that are important to the respective user and /or global business line.
Regulatory :
- Global standards are mandatory for everyone within Group. The regulatory framework we work within continues to evolve, and we must continue to be fully aware and compliant with all elements of these standards.
