COMERCIAL HEAD (CA/CWA/CS - Large Industrial Conglomerate)

- To formulate and driving strategic actions for fulfilment of the long-term Goals. Will have to spearhead strategy development and execution (building systemic efficiencies, financial analysis, and liaison with external and internal stakeholders) and financial / accounting / commercial functions (tax structuring, regulatory processes, and controls for financial discipline).

- The Finance leader needs to be a number driven manager with a keen eye for insight, with excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.

- Should have very good exposure to national and international markets and commercial activities to the sectors the company operates.

- Should be able to handle complete operations and management of different verticals of the Group currently involved in, as also new segments the company is going to enter.

- Will be responsible for preparing the effective long term strategies for the Group to become the number one brand in the world. He should be able to prepare corporate plans of the entire Group and ensure 100% achievement of the targets.

- Responsible for representing the matters pertaining to Finance & Accounting of the Company before the Board / Government Bodies / concerned Authority etc.

- Providing support in financial planning and related advice to the Management

- Manage Government Grant flow, it's utilization and ensure timely compliance of the same to the Govt. Formulating financial targets and budgets in accordance with the Management Strategy.

- Oversee Co's financial performance and other Farmer friendly models and tie-ups.

- Manage all financial transactions and accounting matters including pre & post audit.

- Corporate finance, managing company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, etc.

- Ensuring regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies, etc.

- Develop and empower a strong second tier team.

- Any other work assigned by CFO and Management from time to time.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Should be a qualified CA & CWA & CS with Experience 15 Years of post qualification experience in a Leading Industrial Conglomerate & thorough knowledge of various areas of Finance, Treasury Management, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Working Capital Management and Forex, Credit Rating, Insurance, Investor Relations, Internal Controls and Systems, etc.

2. Financial Management and Accounting System, Project Financing, Project Appraisal and Project Account is must.

3. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Contracts, Commercial and legal aspects. Ability to deal with senior Govt. officials, understands Govt. systems and processes.

4. Extremely good at stakeholder management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

5. Leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

6. Hands on, detailing of issues, ownership, change management, technology savvy.

7. Experience in dealing with the financial institutions is also one of the requirements.

8. Ability to train, develop and manage large executive teams.

9. Executive Presence and ability maintain calm demeanour in high stress environments.
