Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager (PM) who has an extensive background in building successful cloud delivered security solutions for DevOps and DevSecOps. In this role you- ll be responsible for driving product strategy for ColorTokens to provide security to workload, container, microservices and hybrid cloud environments while preserving the speed and scale of DevOps environments. You will set qualitative and quantitative goals and use hypothesis-driven approach to make constant incremental progress towards achieving those goals. You will provide insights to other functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to aid prioritization and align towards shared goals. You will join a team of highly dedicated and experienced team of Product Managers and collaboratively drive the roadmap for a broad portfolio of products. This role is based in Bangalore, India. What You- ll Do: - "Own and drive security portfolio for ColorTokens DevOps customer segment which will include identifying and prioritizing unmet or cumbersome security needs and how to tailor the product functionality to meet them - Build relevant integrations between ColorTokens products to provide homogeneous security for server-less, containers, public and private cloud. - Interact with DevOps customers to identify the various pain points in achieving security at their operational scale and speed - Interact with field, sales, and other product managers to identify product gaps to satisfy DevOps security needs - Develop use cases, user stories and use case scenarios that describe the technical functional workflows, information exchange and user experience requirements to address specific market needs - Retain pulse of the emerging DevOps, tools, technologies, trends and solutions evolving to meet them and how ColorTokens products can continuously and iteratively be improved to meet their security needs As Our Ideal Candidate: - You believe that security cannot hold back the movement to DevOps, containers, microservices, clouds, serverless environments, but is as essential if not more - You are comfortable with some of the emerging trends in Kubernetes, dockers, microservices, service meshes and other modern enterprise application development and operation patterns - You have background in building and launching security products for IT Ops or DevOps teams - You are autonomous and capable of prioritizing tasks and managing expectations of stakeholders - You are good at integrating multiple viewpoints and driving to consensus Bonus Points for: - You have background in building and launching DevOps focused security products such as container and microservice security - Experience building B2B SaaS solutions
