Colorband Dyestuff - Manager - Project Finance

CA with 2 -3 yrs Exp/ MBA Finance with 5 yrs exp in similar profile

1. Prepare comprehensive financial models for project to deliver cash flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment and return analysis

2. Work closely with the project development team to identify, analyse and execute the most optimum financing solution

3. Coordinate with finance providers on due diligence, term sheet negotiations and documentation

4. Work with project teams to ensure timely compliance with all conditions precedent and other obligations

5. Support senior management of SUL on various financing related matters on an ongoing basis

6. Over-all-in charge of the accounting, book keeping and project finance activities

7. Ensures effective interface with the Project/Department Team and contribute to improve programs

8. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

9. Knowledge of commercial part

10. Preparation of MIS/TEV/CMA/and other required documentation to banks

11.Banking Activities (liaising with banks for arrangement of Loans/Working capital loans/term loans etc.)
