Job description:
- P & L lead role .
- Lead team in North & East for the advisory business - reporting to Head of Advisory services, India
- Primary responsibility includes business development and collections - Meeting top line revenue for consulting / advisory business
- Secondary responsibility is the of executing and overseeing the delivery of assignments
- Represent Colliers advisory to clients for presentations and BD pitches
- Understanding and clearly identifying objectives of clients
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and vision for the organization, aligning with overall company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement long-term plans and initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Identify talent needs, recruit top talent, and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
Financial Management:
- Drive financial success through budget management, cost control, and revenue generation strategies.
- Analyze financial data to make informed decisions and recommendations for improving financial performance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Represent the organization at conferences, events, and in various forums to enhance its visibility and reputation.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that align with the organization's goals and contribute to its growth and success.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organization operates within regulatory compliance.
- Develop business models and financial projections on the basis of the understanding of the market dynamics and clients business
- Articulate and present reports/ deliverables in required detail to clients
- Undertake research into specific industry sector, markets, and competitors
- Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant players in the industry (both investment and development side of real estate)
- Gather knowledge of the regulatory environment in the real estate industry and how it affects specific businesses
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, demonstrated leadership ability and experience, ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly, collaborative team player who is capable of working with others
- Overall team management, improving efficiency of team members, Hiring, brand visibility on social media, nourishing the junior team members
