- Create and execute learning strategies and Talent Development programs
- Facilitate career development and career progression discussions
- Design and conduct assessment centers, development centers, evaluate behavioral & functional competencies of employees.
- Driving and facilitating the implementation of the L&D plan to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes
- Build succession planning and maintain healthy talent pipelines to meet current and future needs.
- Identify, Validate and propose high-potential employees
- Support organization change through the development of targeted learning interventions
- Talent Pipeline Development - identify key talent pools and create Learning & development / Succession Plans.

Skills Qualifications :

- Relevant academic qualification in Human Resource Management discipline from Tier 1B School institutes
- In-depth knowledge of Learning & Development Training Module
- Strong analytical and organization skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Able to travel to Business Locations
- Latest HR trends, tools, benchmarks in the industry
