Key Responsibility Areas of Placement Team:
This division is responsible to provide Support and Guidance to Corporates & Students respectively, the division specializes in helping students to develop their skills and attain the job opportunities.
This division serves as the link between the corporate houses and the students of various programs, where the corporate houses share the requirements and the students are evaluated towards the competency, skills and talents to be absorbed into their esteemed organizations.
Position: Manager/Sr. Manager
Department: Training & Placements
Deliverables :
- Plan and strategize in building relationships with the Corporate and understanding their hiring requirements and expectations from the students.
- Plan and drive campus placement activities with a high rate of conversions starting from training students and making them industry ready to final placements of the students.
- Achieve Placement targets effectively both in terms of numbers and quality of student placements with standard packages as per SLA.
- Liaison with the team and support for successful placements campaigns, industry connect, and other related activities.
- Facilitate - Industry Internship platforms for students across domains.
- Facilitate student coaching, counselling, and preparation of the respective selection process of clients through Technical/Non -Technical Trainers.
- Relationship-building, liaison, and networking with the student alumni, referral network, and other related partners to build strong rapport and connect with corporate houses.
- Continual guidance to the team members of training teams to achieve the targets.
- Organizing H.R. Conclaves 4 conclaves in a Year.
- Organizing Mega Recruitment Job Fairs - 2 Events in a Year.
- To provide data for Social Media publicity for achieved placements and showcase ample of opportunities for placement of students to achieve placements Targets and corporate interests.
- To send data of eligible students to recruiters and invite them for recruitment.
- To prepare students for campus recruitment arranging training in Aptitude tests, Group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers.
- Liaison with the Recruiters and H.R from the industry.
Any other responsibilities are given by the Management from time to time
Offered CTC: As per market standards + Mediclaim.
Work location: Sector-61, Gurugram
Working days / Timing's: Monday to Saturday / 9.30 till 6.30 pm.
Desired candidate profile:
1. Experience of min - 10 Years into the flied of Placements & Trainings with a good university or Edutech.
2. Must have handled the placements for MBA & B.Tech Batches.
3. Excellent Communication Skills.
4. Must have excellent Industry understanding for profiles and technologies for both MBA/B.Tech streams.
5. Should be ready to Travel.
6. Should be able to provide motivation to students to participate in placement drives.
7. Should have the capability to take ownership of the Placemen process and deliver results.
