Position: Lead Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the wide range of delivery of leads to operations team for the outbound calling

- Marketing Automation: Ensure optimization of marketing automation best practices to attract and guide qualified leads

- Track and report on lead generation performance metrics, using this data to continually optimize campaign performance. Analytical and able to derive meaning from data through various optimization

- Manage day-to-day activities and lead planning meetings with marketing teams and internal stakeholders to define and execute on leads generation strategy required to drive identified KPIs and business growth initiatives

Skills Required:

- Core experience in lead generation function

- Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics & SEM

- Seasoned project management skills; highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines.

- Ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas
