- Experience: 5+ years in educational content & curriculum creation/Pre-sales Background: A bachelors / master degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline. Job Responsibilities: l Curriculum Design and Development- Designing and developing comprehensive & industry-relevant curriculum for both UG and PG courses, incorporating latest technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices.

- Content Creation and Review- Creating and reviewing educational content, including textbooks, multimedia resources, and interactive learning materials & ensuring the content remain up to date.

- Quality Assurance and Improvement- Implementing improvements and modifications based on feedback and performance data to enhance the overall learning experience and outcomes. l Technology Trends Research- Conducting ongoing research on emerging technologies, trends, and innovations in the specified technology domains to integrate relevant and cutting-edge content into the curriculum. Analyzing market demands and industry needs. l Assessment and Evaluation Framework- Developing robust assessment tools and methods to evaluate student learning outcomes and the overall effectiveness

- Analyzing assessment results to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance student performance and knowledge retention. l Technological Integration and Innovation- Identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies, tools, and methodologies into the curriculum .

- Skillset required: The candidate should hold the following attributes: l Content Creation: Proficiency in creating educational content, including lesson plans, course materials, and assessments, that align with learning objectives.

- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with educational teams, faculty, and stakeholders.

- Subject Matter Proficiency: Experience or willingness to collaborate with industry experts, technology companies, and professional organizations for curriculum & content needs

- Quality Control: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the quality and accuracy of curriculum materials l Research & Content Development: Know-how of research, academic content creation in the field of technology RPA, AI/ML, Data Science, Full-Stack. l Software Skills: Proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
