About the Role: (to be filled by the Business Team) Eligibility Criteria Experience: 5+ years in educational content & curriculum creation/Pre-sales Background: A masters or higher degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a closely related discipline.


- A Ph.D. in a relevant area is often preferred


Job Responsibilities: l Curriculum Design and Development


- Designing and developing comprehensive & industry-relevant curriculum for both UG and PG courses, incorporating latest technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices. Integrating practical applications and case studies into the curriculum to facilitate hands-on learning experiences. Content Creation and Review


- Creating and reviewing educational content, including textbooks, multimedia resources, and interactive learning materials & ensuring the content remain up to date. Quality Assurance and Improvement- Implementing improvements and modifications based on feedback and performance data to enhance the overall learning experience and outcomes. Market Research and Industry Insights- Conducting research on market trends, consumer behavior, & industry innovations in the specified management fields.


- Analyzing market demands and industry needs to ensure the curriculum remains adaptive any change. Assessment and Evaluation Framework- Developing robust assessment tools and methods to evaluate student learning outcomes and the overall effectiveness. Analyzing assessment results to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance student performance and knowledge retention.


- Technological Integration and Innovation- Identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies, tools, and methodologies into the curriculum .


Skillset required: The candidate should hold the following attributes: Content Creation: Proficiency in creating educational content, including lesson plans, course materials, and assessments, that align with learning objectives. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with educational teams, faculty, and stakeholders.


- Subject Matter Proficiency - Experience or willingness to collaborate with industry experts & companies, and professional organizations for curriculum & content needs , Quality Control: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the quality and accuracy of curriculum materials


- Research & Content Development: Know-how with research, academic content creation in the field of Business FinTech, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain Management
