JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares informational analyses on current processes, actual performance versus budget and prior year data.
- Assists Operations team in Monthly Operations Review.
- Hands on Experience in Netsuite, Tally & ERP.
- Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.
- Provide analysis to Operations team.
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets.
- Ask relevant managers for clarification when their departmental expenses have surpassed the established budget.
- Preparation of Group Consolidated Accounts, Financial Analysis Reporting.
- Overseeing the flow of cash and financial instruments.
- Preparing reports as required by law, regulations, or company policies.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
- Responsible for securing the required business permits, licenses, and clearances by filing the required documents and paying the necessary fees at government agencies and regulatory bodies (BIR, City Hall, Barangay, etc.)
- Oversee the finance department in the preparation of monthly management reports, annual statutory financial statements, various tax returns etc.
- Maintain proper financial controls which includes amongst others, reconciliations with proper audit trial.
- Monthly cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and managing the cash position.
- Supervise the accounts' payable function.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Analyze current financial performance, actual performance versus budget and prior year data.
- Assists Operations Team in Monthly Operations Review.
- Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.
- Ask relevant managers for clarification when their departmental expenses have surpassed the established budget.
- Must ensure that all projects meet established deadlines.
- All other tasks as requested by Group CFO.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably CPA or CA
- FP&A, investment banking, business administration, or management consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Excellent ability to problem solves along with solid analytical skills, understanding of business process and systems optimization.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
- Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
- Strong financial system and business administration understanding
