Role: Manager – Collections (Karnataka Circle) - Commercial Vehicles/Auto Loan

Location: Bangalore

Job Specification:

- 8 – 10 years of experience in Finance/Banking Industry across products like Retail (PL, SF, TW, Auto) Mortgages, Credit Cards etc in Field as well as Telecalling. Collections /Receivables Management.

- Expertise in Commercial Vehicles/Auto Loans collections.

- Expertise in designing pays out and incentive structures for Collection Agencies as per maintained COC levels.

- Experience of working in Team and handling large teams of both on roll and off roll employee’s .Debt Service Management and Collection Strategies.

- Knowledge of Legal remedies used in Collections like Sec 138, Arbitration. Also should carry experience of handling Telecalling Collections.

- Should have managed skip tracing and zero/‘X bucket or higher bucket collections work.

- Should know the end to end process and must have collections experience in different geographies across India.

- The ideal candidate would have worked in a BPO/Third Party company and managed collections for his client at a State Level,

- Graduate in any discipline (Min - 10+2+3/ 10+2+4)

- 8 – 10 years of experience in the Finance/collections service industry.

- Sound knowledge in the collections (Field & Tele) domain.
