Collection Manager - Retail

- Recovery of NPA and write-off accounts for all products.

- Should have good knowledge of secured and unsecured business loans of various kinds.

- Having hands on experience in establishing agency network, and driving recovery targets through in-house & agency team.

- Should have hands on experience in sarfaesi procedures and managing DRT matters.

- Should be able to coordinate with lawyers & various court officers to initiate various legal actions on defaulting borrowers.

- Negotiating and finalizing resolution deals with defaulting borrowers.

- Assist in overseeing the process of acquisition / disposal of residential / commercial / retail premises and/or repossession of movable assets.

- Ensure proper management of account receivables by maximizing recoveries.

- Maintaining a MIS and follow up for requisite action to be taken in each account.

- Undertaking such other duties / responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

- Impart Training to the in-house & Agency Team for following fair debt collection practices.

Technical Competencies :

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Should be able to interact with senior level management within and outside the organisation.

- Capability to analyse and justify financial statements.

- Exposure to legal aspects of business.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
