- Formulating and implementing collections strategy

- Leveraging skills in communication, customer centricity. decision making, networking, outlier collections and debt management reports management

- Ensuring productivity and efficiency tracking; performing the cost benefit analysis

- Ascertaining the return on payouts, penalty tracking & improvement of Rate of Recovery (ROR)

- Driving the entire management information for collections and implementation of outlier reports

- Outlining delinquency trends & patterns report generation, provision, write-off management and collections dashboards

- Reconciling and declaring final reporting between zones, operations and MI team & management reporting team
