Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations Management:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of co-living spaces, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and front desk services.

- Ensure the common areas, rooms, and facilities are properly maintained, clean, and operational.

- Monitor and improve operational processes to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.

Resident Experience & Community Engagement:

- Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction by addressing complaints, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

- Develop and maintain a positive, engaging, and community-driven living environment for residents through events, activities, and social initiatives.

- Foster a sense of community and encourage participation in communal activities and programs.

Team Management & Leadership:

- Lead and manage ground staff including housekeeping, maintenance teams, front desk personnel, and security.

- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance, ensuring that all employees adhere to company standards of service.

- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage across all operational areas.

Property Maintenance:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair work of the building and common areas, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for regular maintenance and urgent repairs.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve issues related to infrastructure, cleanliness, and safety.

Safety & Security:

- Ensure the safety and security of residents and staff by maintaining a safe living environment and implementing safety protocols.

- Conduct regular security checks and collaborate with security personnel to address any safety concerns.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.

Budget and Cost Control:

- Monitor and manage the budget for ground operations, including maintenance, staffing, and utilities.

- Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure operational costs are within budget.

- Prepare reports on expenses, operations, and incidents for upper management.

Resident Onboarding & Move-in/Move-out Coordination:

- Manage the onboarding process for new residents, including room allocations, check-ins, and orientations.

- Coordinate move-in/move-out processes to ensure smooth transitions for residents, and maintain property standards.

- Ensure that vacant rooms are promptly cleaned, repaired, and ready for new residents.

Vendor & Partner Management:

- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning services, maintenance contractors, etc.) to ensure the property is maintained according to company standards.

- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure quality service and cost-efficiency.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

- Ensure that all operational activities comply with legal and regulatory standards, including health, safety, and fire regulations.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain quality assurance standards.
