Work with the Customer Development Team Leader to manage manpower planning & deployment at the branch level and ensure optimal manning of zones/positions

1. Draft a manning plan

2. Plan movements within the branch and outside to ensure that Hi-Pos are continuously engaged and pushed to perform better

Recruitment & Selection done within the stipulated Turn Around Time

1. Selection process for lateral hiring of Customer Development officers

2. Campus hiring process of CD Interns

3. Design and roll out induction plan for new

Analyze the causes of CDOs and third party sales force attrition and take preventive measures along with the corporate CD HR resource & the Learning & Development Manager

1. Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback from exiting employees

2. Devise a process of identifying critical resources who could move out for better prospects

Undertake training needs analysis of the CDOs /Managers and organize appropriate functional and leadership programs to address the same in conjunction with the Learning & Development (L&D) Manager and corporate Cust Dev HR Generalist Inputs from PP Grid

1. Draw a training calendar based on TNI

2. Organize and co-ordinate training programmes

3. Competency assessment based on Leadership & functional competency framework

4. IDP and PP Grid to be actioned

Work with functional resources at the branch level and L&D Manager to design and roll-out training programs for the third party sales force and stockist salesmen

Co-ordinate the deployment of third party sales force along with Area Managers and manage their payment and related processes

1. Work with 3P workforce agency to ensure timely and smooth deployment of field force as per organizational needs

2. Ensure 100% statutory compliance by 3P vendor with support from external consultant

Track quarterly incentive pay-outs and study trends to spot high performers
