We are looking for an Ops Ninja for Exchange Operations. In this role you will be working on creating, executing and improvising trade, listing, de-listings, margin maintenance, market making and crypto deposit/withdrawal related processes.

Success in this role is defined as:

- Ensuring all teams have SOPs and processes designed for them to ensure smooth trade, listings, de-listings and crypto deposit/withdrawals

- Collaborate with product, analytics, internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are followed

- Understand ad hoc issues and provide solutions to team as well as communicate to community/CX team

- Extracting insights from data regarding all processes and TAT

- Improvise throughput, TAT as well as identify and solve for bottlenecks across trade, listings, market making and de-listings.

Job requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience in a Fintech with hand-on experience in operations/trading/exchange/brokers

- Strong knack at solving problems and scaling systems

- Strong Interest in crypto assets/trading

- Proficient in Google Sheets/MS-Excel, and data oriented
